Synopsis

After defeating Doc Ock, Peter Parker continues his double life as Spider-Man. However, he must now figure out how to balance his responsibilities as the web head with his studies and social life. Complicating things more are three new villains, all trying to collect a bounty on Spidey's head.

Description of Mac Gargan (The Scorpion):

A down on his luck P.I. turned super villain. Mac Gargan is one of three men trying to collect the bounty Norman Osborn has put on Spider-Man's head. Gargan is motivated mostly by greed but does view Spider-Man as a menace thanks to The Daily Bugle. As the Scorpion, Gargan utilizes a powerful exosuit designed by Oscorp specifically for killing Spider-Man.
