Age 55, a cruel and sociopathic criminal who dresses up like a supervillain and commits acts of terrorism out of sheer boredom. By day, he is Matthew Anderson, a wealthy and hedonistic millionaire playboy who believes his wealth, status, and power allow him to do whatever he wants, no matter how twisted they may be. Although Nemesis claims to have a dark and tragic past where corrupt cops killed his parents, it turns out that his backstory is faked just to make his victims see him as a sympathetic figure before he kills them.
