In his many experiments, Rocket Raccoon was one of the High Evolutionary’s many test subjects developed from a hyper-evolved raccoon. But when Rocket began showing signs of intelligence that could eclipse the High Evolutionary’s genius, he ordered Rocket to be killed before the raccoon escaped.
