Two intelligence officers, Kent Allard, and Lamont Cranston, on a scouting mission, get caught in a mysterious weather phenomenon that sends them hurling into another realm, the spiritual kingdom of Shambhala, ruled by monks who control shadows and hold cloud men’s minds.
