Synopsis

Widower Cedric Brown (Ewan McGregor) hires Nanny McPhee (Emma Thompson) to care for his seven rambunctious children, who have chased away all previous nannies. Taunted by Simon (Max Macmillan) and his siblings, Nanny McPhee uses mystical powers to instill discipline. And when the children's great-aunt and benefactor, Lady Adelaide Stitch (Judi Dench), tends to want to send the kids of to a reform school in London while cedric keeps refusing to, the family pulls together under the guidance of Nanny McPhee while she and the kids goes on some magic hijinks while Lady Adelaide keeps trying to get rid of kids buy ruining Cedric's chances to keeps his job at the England.

Description of Cedric Brown:

Cedric Brown is the father of the seven Brown children, but spends little time with them, as he has problems raising them alone since his wife died. Brown goes to the agency, but they turn him down. He works at a Funeral home and is very protective over his children and cares about them a lot although he barely worries about them when they are up to mischief. He was under pressure that if he doesn't find a new wife, the money will stop coming in and the children will be separated.
