Synopsis

Based loosely on the novel. The Scarlet Pimpernel is not one individual but a shared identity. Sir Percy Blakeney and his wife Margueritte were the first Pimpernels leading double lives as part of the British élite. They donned the red capes and masks to save the people of France, whether noble or peasant from the Reign of terror. Now as conflicts and crime spring up both at home and beyond, the Symbol of the Pimpernel is more important then ever. They recruit likeminded men and women to double as agents a protect the helpless. Events would encompass, the french revolution, Napoleonic wars, and the War of 1812.

Description of Sister Bernadetta:

A displaced Spanish nun, she wishes to do more and believes that is why God brought her into contact with the League of the Scarlett Pimpernel. She must balance her vows while battling injustice and radical enemies. A moral backbone for the the league. She refuses to shed blood and will often fight with a red shepherd's staff instead.
