Mephistopheles, one of the Devil's Legion and the only fallen angel also sees Lucifer as the dormant leader of Hell. He's the one who pursued the soul of Jaeger to be part of his plan of "the 2nd War of Heaven and Hell" which contain all Titanworld shifter as his soldiers to fight against The Serpent and The God. The Old Memphis was aiming to Ymir and her place as the plan B if planting Z-K as his bishop was useless. His influences were interconnected to his works in Titanworld and Z-K's Cult "the Order of Memphis".
