A police officer of the Albuquerque Police Department who has been searching for Michael for five years to arrest him due to causing problems around Albuquerque with his uncontrollable strength, when he returns he still couldn't trust him so he tries to arrest him, when he began saving lives he still wanted to arrest him in order to finish what he started, it turns out that he is a corrupt cop trying to frame him to make them believe in it.
