The Ritchie Boys were a group of primarily German-speaking Jewish immigrants who fled Nazi Germany and later joined the U.S. Army during World War II. Trained at Camp Ritchie, Maryland, they became intelligence specialists, using their language skills and cultural knowledge to interrogate German prisoners of war and gather crucial information. Their contributions played a significant role in the Allied victory by providing valuable insights into enemy plans and tactics.
