Synopsis

After killing Black Mask and paralyzing the new Robin, Tim Drake, Jason Todd has parted ways with the Suicide Squad, now building a group of his own Outlaws in Gotham City. But, while focusing on his forming his own team, the Red Hood has not forgotten about his targets, and has his eyes set on the Joker as his next victim of unbridled revenge. After all, he was tortured beyond repair by the infamous Clown Prince of Crime...

Description of Young Jason Todd (Robin/Flashbacks):

These are flashbacks to Jason's time as Robin, specifically when Dick Grayson, otherwise known as Nightwing, was tasked with training Jason with his staff while Batman was away fighting the Joker. Once, Jason and Dick were like brothers, but like everything and everyone else, Jason now hates Nightwing for the same reasons he hates Batman. To this day, Jason still hears Dick's voice in his head as a reminder of his past.
