Synopsis

After killing Black Mask and paralyzing the new Robin, Tim Drake, Jason Todd has parted ways with the Suicide Squad, now building a group of his own Outlaws in Gotham City. But, while focusing on his forming his own team, the Red Hood has not forgotten about his targets, and has his eyes set on the Joker as his next victim of unbridled revenge. After all, he was tortured beyond repair by the infamous Clown Prince of Crime...

Description of Duela Dent (Card Queen):

After recruiting Bizarro, Artemis, and Red Arrow onto his team, Jason is watching the news about Harvey Dent, the former District Attorney of Gotham City, coming back from the grave as the villain Two-Face, when he hears someone say, "You're watching the news on my uncle, aren't you?" and turns, pointing his gun at a young female dressed like the Joker. Jason asks, "Who the hell are you?" and the woman says she is the Joker's daughter, Duela Dent, hence her clown makeup, but now wants to kill her father for killing her boyfriend as a "joke". Recognizing her thirst for vengeance, Jason takes Duela in as a member of the outlaws.
