Dr Ronald Pratt and Amy Pratt Would would bring David Back To their lab to try and revive him dr pratt would an active gamma blood cell in David’s body which would enable him to bring David back to life After David is resurrected he finds out he is no longer able to turn into the hulk which would put his life in peace david would go to work for the government to prevent accidents like the one that turned him into the hulk from every happening again david is captured by villainous spies who force him to recreate the hulk experiment to turn their agents into hulk like creatures David creates the gamma machine and mutates himself david then has his mind in the hulk’s body at the end hulk Will smashes his new enemies and stop the villains plans at one point the hulk was going to be under water pulling a dock behind him as the villains would shoot machine guns at him
