Story Plot

Set in the 1800s, Alice is committed to an asylum run by sinister doctors modeled after Wonderland characters. Characters Alice created when she was a little girl. Through brutal treatments, hallucinations, and secret messages from within the walls, she uncovers that the asylum is Wonderland—and it's hungry.
