The Punisher: Warzone is a 2017 American Superhero film that was directed by Ric Roman Waugh, produced by Kevin Feige and distributed by Marvel Studios and Walt Disney Pictures. The film revolves around Frank Castle saving a girl from being murdered, forcing him to decide if he should embrace his life as the Punisher. The film stars Jon Bernthal, Ben Barnes, Amber Rose Revah, Jason R. Moore, Josh Stewart, Floriana Lima, Giorgia Whigham and Deborah Ann Woll. The Punisher: Warzone was released on 9th January and received mixed reviews. While Bernthal and Barne's performances were praised. Critics criticize the amount of violence in the film, Especially when production began after the Stoneman Douglas School shooting. The final film in the Punisher Trilogy was released in 2018.
