I love the Broadway musical The Prom. The 2020 movie adaptation is one of the worst things I've ever seen. The ONLY good thing was Ariana DeBose and they cut her role to almost nothing (and she was a little old for the teen role in the first place). I hate this movie so much. Recasting it for fun will hopefully heal a small part of my disappointment.
