Daphne Roberts is a kind and friendly orphaned teenager who dreams of becoming a ballerina like her late mother. One day, after her late mother gives her a pair of pink ballet slippers as a birthday present, she puts them on. When she tries on a pair of Pink's sparkly shoes, she and her best friends, Celia and Sophia, are whisked away to a fantasy world of ballet. There, daphne discovers that she must dance in her favorite ballets to defeat her evil rival Rachel and her evil, rich mother.
