Fan Casting HBO Max's The Penguin

In this HBO Max spinoff to The Batman, we see Oswald Cobblepot's emergence into the world of Gotham's criminal underworld, as he works (and kills) his way up to the role of Carmine Falcone's right-hand man... and beyond. The first few episodes would focus on Oswald's origins into the Gotham Mafia, as he narrowly escapes death, and somehow ends up working as a two-bit gunman for Carmine Falcone, earning his respect and moving up in the ranks. The later episodes would take place after The Batman, and focus on Oswald's plans for taking over Gotham City, and making a turf-alliance with Carmine's rival, Salvator Maroni.
