Synopsis

After enlisting the help of his nephew Virgil, Jefferson Pierce teams up with other allies to deal with a crime lord bent on making noise to dominate the streets of Chicago. Based on the team of the same name, 'The Outsiders' serves as a sequel to the events of 'Suicide Squad 2: Assault on Arkham' and 'Static Shock' respectively.

Description of Katana (Tatsu Yamashiro):

Katana and Black Lightning each had as allies, and while they both went their separate ways (and in Tatsu's case, that would include the Suicide Squad), she never forgot what they went through together. So when Batman ended up informing him that Pierce might need his help, she knew she couldn't deny him that help.
