Jamie Chase is a shy, bookish teenager who doesn't have it easy: his father has walked out on him, his mother rarely sees him and he has to put up with his abusive stepfather. His one solace is his love of Greek mythology, and he and his two best friends are soon transported into the world of the Ancient Greeks.
