Story Plot
Liam Thompson, is an FBI agent who is also close with his cousin Oliver, then one day an artifact called the neon crustal give Liam the ability to turn invisible, release kinetic energy and heat vision! Liam and Oliver are the only ones who know about this and Liam will create enemies without knowing it! Liam is the Neon Phantom!
