Scott Adkins as Scorpion: The fallen leader of the deceased Shirai Ryu clan, and the vengeful spector of Shang Tsung. He double crosses his master when refuses to kill Sub-Zero after fighting him, as the latter did not murder his family nor the Shirai Ryu.
