Synopsis

Being the king of Celesteville can normally be considered peaceful for Babar, even more so after so long with this responsibility - but sometimes, some challenges can still be a bit of a headache. Especially when it involves another king a little more temperamental, and self-serving, than he is. With the help of his friends and family, Babar now will have to do what he can if he wants to avoid a conflict that is about to erupt.

Description of Lord Rataxes:

- So, Basil, did it work? [Basil] - So, Your Highness... - Bunch of incompetents! - What are you complaining about now, Rataxes?! - Oh, nothing love! Ruler of the kingdom of rhinos, Rataxes is a king rude and greedy, whose ideological differences have already made him clash with Babar in some situations, aiming to rob his kingdom by creating the justification for his people that Babar did not arrive in his kingdom for a supposed peace treaty, with the help of his helper Basil, although he doesn't quite agree with it. And without his wife, Lady Rataxes, who has a peaceful relationship with the elephants, knowing his plans before of time, of course.
