Description of “The Encounter” (Post-Credit Scene):

Falcon is called in by SHIELD to investigate strange happenings at a base, believed to be ran by Baron Wolfgang von Strucker. As he walked into the entrance, Falcon is knocked down by a man in armor. Introducing HYDRA’s greatest creation, The Winter Soldier.
