Two decades after the events of the second film, Daniel Moss gives a special presentation of his book, then he learns about mask hunters on a special preview of his next book, a detective becomes nervous and revealed himself to be one of the mask hunters named Darryl. Daniel begins fight with him. he finally got the mask but it revealed to be a prop upsets and replaced it with Daniel's head then he attacked police officers then he left the presentation in rage and destroyed half of the streets of Fringe City, Meanwhile the real mask which Tim Avery returned it to Loki, was found on a chest and buried in the sand and fell into the ocean and makes it's way to Trenton City.
