Synopsis

While Experimenting with a serum that replicates the one that made Steve Rogers into Captain America, Doctor Theodore Sallis is sabotaged by a rival and is turned into a terrifying swamp monster and is forced to roam the Everglades for some time until he finds a small village that might surprisingly need his help.
