She is brilliant but painfully socially clumsy. If she tries to "act natural" while spying on the Best Floor, she ends up disguised as a water cooler or accidentally blending into a wall of yellow post-it notes, only to sneeze at the worst possible moment. She wages war through "tiny miracles" and psychological pranks. She doesn't want to hurt the Top Floor workers; she wants to make them human again by hiding a single blade of grass in their sterile keyboards or swapping their decaf for regular to see their "inner chaos." She often narrates the office war in her head (or whispered into a tape recorder) as if it’s a high-stakes film noir, giving everyone dramatic nicknames.
