Story Plot
Financial troubles force recently divorced mother Lucy Emerson and her two teenage sons Michael and Sam to move from Phoenix to settle down with her father in Santa Carla, an offbeat coastal town in California plagued with gang activity, unexplained disappearances and just happens to be the murder capital of the world.
