This movie is about the untold origin story of the Mixels and their arch nemesis king Nixel featuring the life of a elemental leader named Flain about how he and his friends became heroes and saved the LEGO Multiverse as Flain’s Home world the Mixelverse started to collide with the home world of Emmet Brickowski thanks to the Nixel Revolution led by king Nixel a power hungry tyrant who wants to put the Mixels on the brink of extinction and conquer the LEGO Multiverse by forcing everyone to live in a world where everything is so negative and black and white due to his hatred for the Mixels and everything in color in fact the Maximum Mixel who is the benevolent creator of the Mixelverse and its inhabitants including king Nixel who was supposed to help the Maximum Mixel protect his creation but king Nixel betrayed his benevolent creator when the Maximum Mixel wanted to figure out how to increase the power of the Mixels in order to help them bring peace and harmony to their world so he created the Cubit which is a brick stronger than the piece de resistance that allows the Mixels to combine their powers and protect their world from king Nixel who wanted to steal the Cubit he believed that he could corrupt its power so king Nixel can create the Nixel Revolution in order to build his empire and become the king of the LEGO Multiverse Flain and his friends must team up with Emmet and his friends in order to revert to the Nixel Revolution and save The LEGO Multiverse from king Nixel
