Synopsis

The Legend of Drizzt is the overarching series within the Forgotten Realms detailing the exploits of the dark elf Drizzt Do'Urden. An atypical Drow, Drizzt becomes disillusioned with his people's conniving and xenophobic ways and forsakes Drow society, electing to live at first as an exile in the Underdark, and eventually journeying to the surface world, where he faces hatred and prejudice from the peoples of Faerûn who know the Drow by reputation.

Lady Alustriel Silverhand (known as Elué Dualen to the elves) was a human wizard who served for many years as the ruler of the open city of Silverymoon. She was known for her love and devotion to her people, something especially unusual for many people who hold political power. Therefore, she was extremely popular in Silverymoon, and most of her subjects would do anything in their power to prevent any harm from happening to her.
