Story Plot
The world is in ruins. A mysterious mushroom virus has spread around the world, turning humans into unthinking and blind monsters that only kill. Old smuggler Joel Miller must smuggle young Ellie through the United States, which may be the key to saving humanity. Along the way, Joel and Ellie form a bond between father and daughter, which is the main aspect of the film.
