Character Description
Believing the Morphing Grid to have chosen him, he took on the name of the Arbiter with the delusion that it was now his duty to travel throughout the Multiverse to strip power rangers of their power coins regardless of who they are and what good they did.Due to his immense powers and relentless drive to carry out his mission, he has defeated and even killed many power rangers despite many of them fighting valiantly but ultimately being no match for the Arbiter.After slaying Zordon, this fallen power ranger was exposed to intense power from the Morphing Grid, resulting in his madness becoming visible in the form of his charred and damaged black suit.
