Set a few weeks after the death of the Green Goblin, the story follows the rise of Wilson Fisk aka The Kingpin in the city of Noir York. Standing in his way to power will be the daughter of the deceased Tombstone and the superhero retaliation of New York, composed of a vengeful blind vigilante with super hearing and a heavily armed former military.
