19-year-old Korean K-pop teen Meilyn Song leaves her town, her boyfriend and friends to move into her mother and sister's mansion and becomes a freshman at Beverly College. There she meets her new friend, 20-year-old Edward Bylers, a rebellious second-year British boy, and their personalities don't mesh from the start. But their attraction for each other grows immensely.
