10 years after the events of Jurassic War, the DX Virus had wiped out most of mankind, and the Dinosaurs have seemingly finally reclaimed the planet. Peter Malcolm, son of Ian Malcolm, goes on a journey in hopes to one day find a promised land. Meanwhile, many Velociraptor clans have emerged, creating a new, primeval empire. Peter eventually encounters the alpha of this empire, Beta, the daughter of Blue. They surprisingly befriend each other, which attracts the attention of both man and dinosaur. Beta and Peter must find a way to finally bring peace to an everlasting war that had been going on since 1993 in an epic battle that shall determine the fate of the planet.
