He is a python and Kaa's ex-husband, Theekhal is quite clumsy but friendly, he is unlucky that nothing will turn out right for him, Theekhal and Kaa were married until Kaa became too arrogant by devouring humans anywhere chance he had, regardless that doing so would cause human violence against the jungle and animals, and Theekhal will tell Mowgli that not all snakes are bad.
