Story Plot
After the events of The Thunderbolts and Brave New World, Sam Wilson (Captain America) and Bucky Barnes are called to action once more when a mysterious resurgence of Hydra activity is detected in England. The British government is on high alert, but the true scale of the threat is far beyond what they can handle alone.
