After the Gamma Explosion accident years ago, Bruce Banner is hiding from the US government and now works at a Consolidated Edison nuclear power plant. During the terrorists' attempt to shut down New York City's power, they have their plans frustrated by the Hulk and this incident caused Bruce to be found by the US government and General Ross. But during the terrorist attack, the explosion caused by their stray shots started a chain reaction in the atomic reactor, creating a psionically charged, humanoid-shaped electromagnetic field. Now Bruce along with the help from Rick, has to learn how to control his anger around his surroundings and find a cure to his condition before the Hulk faces the new threat that is coming for him…
