The two are seeking the help of the Hulk, whom they proclaim to be "Earth's Mightiest Champion" to combat in a war against the insidious Judson Jakes, who plans to use the famed Gideon's Bible to conquer the entire Keystone Quadrant by forcing Rocket's love interest, Halfworld's Princess Lylla, into marriage. As Rocket, the Hulk, and the Halfworld Rebellion engage in an epic battle for the fate of the universe, Jack McGee unintentionally finds himself a stowaway, which will either lead him one step closer to the Hulk... or a key eyewitness to an adventure beyond his own eyes.
