Trouble's MCU Phase Two
A young Bruce Banner goes through his early life, up to the point where he gets transformed by a gamma bomb experiment gone wrong. He goes on a rampage until the US government hires Russian scientist Yuri Topolov to subdue him. Yuri tries to overthrow the government and hold the President hostage, but Bruce as the Hulk stops him.
