Story Plot
Doctor Bruce banner works in a lab with his best friend and schoolmate Rick Jones. When a experiment led by the goverment goes wrong, Banner finds himself in a total green situation. His friend Rick tries to help him use his powers for good, but the goverment strikes against them.
