Synopsis

Haunted scientist David Foreman struggles to control the monstrous ape within him, Kango. Now under surveillance by General Ross, David faces a new threat: The Leader—an old friend twisted by gamma power—and a secret army of Red Hulks. To survive, David must confront his trauma, reconnect with Kango, and stop a war of monsters before it erupts.

Description of "Project Crimson: The Truth Behind Red Hulk”:

Ross claims the Red Hulk is the product of rogue scientists abusing gamma tech. But the truth is far more personal. In a desperate act to “understand what David became,” General Ross exposed himself to a volatile strain of gamma energy mixed with experimental rage accelerants. The result was a being even more unstable than Kango—a red-skinned monster that is Ross himself. Ross believes he can control it… but the beast within has no loyalty, only wrath. The Red Hulk and Ross are the same. His pride won’t let him admit it. Not even to himself.
