Bruce Banner, living a quiet life with his wife Betty Ross, becomes embroiled in a conflict with unexpected consequences when he decides to help Palestinian children caught in the crossfire of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. As the Hulk intervenes to shield innocent lives, he inadvertently sparks a clash with the mutant Sabre, who opposes his interference. In a tragic turn of events, Hulk is forced to defend himself, unknowingly setting in motion a vendetta that will draw Wolverine into a mission of revenge against the green behemoth.
