General Ross is at a bar when he is met by Tony Stark, where they engage in a conversation about the events of the show, with Stark saying "That super soldier program was put on ice for a reason". Stark then tells Ross, "What if I told you we were putting a team together?", with Ross asking "Who's ''we''?" A moment later, Nick Fury walks up to them, introducing himself to Ross. Fury hands Ross a file of classified documents with the folder being marked as "Project Avenger". Fury then says, "Welcome to Project Avenger.", as the scene cuts to black.
