A darker reboot movie that would have nothing to do with the MCU.
Dr. Bruce Banner, a brilliant scientist with tremendous anger issues, and that has the ability of becoming a destructive giant monster when his heart rate reaches 200 beatings per minute, is being hunted down by General Thaddeus "Thunderbolt" Ross, who considers him a danger, because of the destruction he's capable of. Ross, with the help of Major Glenn Talbot and Captain Emil Blonsky, embarks on a mission to hunt down Banner and to kill anyone trying to defend him. But Bruce is not alone, because his girlfriend, Betty Ross, and Rick Jones, a kid whose life was saved by Banner, are there to give him shelter and to protect him, despite the risks they could run.
