  • misterwolf A feverish Layla is found by a shadowy figure and is brought to his home. She awakens to find that she was saved by the infamous criminal Marcus Black, known as the “Howling Death” or “Mister Wolf”, as well as his wolf Salazar. He explains that she is not the only one who was betrayed by police officers, reciting his war against Walker herself in the previous films, and Layla concludes that Walker not only betrayed Black, but Black had killed Walker as punishment for slandering his name across Los Angeles.

  • misterwolf Black promises to Layla that once she heals, she can team up with him to take down the traitorous cops. Kevin Walker, the son of Virginia and the new commissioner of Los Angeles, is informed that Layla’s body could not be found, and in a fit of rage, he realizes that Black is still at large and that he saved Layla. Black’s wife Dakota and her mother Marion treat Layla’s wounds, while Black sets several traps in case the cops arrive, before going on a deer hunt. He drives an arrow through a big buck and kills it and arrives home with the body intact.

  • misterwolf A frightened and enraged Walker sends the new sheriff Carlos Salvador to kill them, but Black overpowers him. Just as he believes he is going to die, he is instead spared by Black and Layla. Dakota gives them throwing knives, and Dakota’s brother Gabriel O’Hara and his best friend Mark Quinn join them. They are stopped by Larry Kress, who Black had thought to have been killed, and he provides them with former cops who quit their duties in Los Angeles out of disgust towards the L.A.P.D’s actions.

  • misterwolf They set up camp in the mountains, and Black tells Layla how he found Salazar, and she remarks that the two became inseparable. Black notices a bunch of S.W.A.T helicopters, and the teams eject them to hunt the group. Black and Layla kill all of them, and Black uses his radio to threaten Walker; he forces him to face the group in the forest, where they meet in the beginning of a snowstorm. Black and Walker engage in a violent fight; the two are evenly matched, and they both seriously injure one another, but eventually, Layla and a healed Salazar arrive and overmatch Walker, who is beheaded by Black. They dump his body in the river, and depart back to Black’s cabin.

  • misterwolf In the aftermath, the L.A.P.D are investigating Walker’s disappearance. As the snowstorm ends, Black allows Layla to live in the cabin with his daughter Chloe’s blessing, and Layla accepts. Salvador vows revenge and compliments that they should have killed him, and then the end credits roll.
