Synopsis

After surviving on an island for 7 years, Oliver Queen returns home to Star City. However, upon his return he sees how terrible the city had become and with his family’s fortune he utilizes his experiences to become the vigilante that Star City needs him to be. To institutionalize the change he sets his sights on the Triad who are led by China White and her muscle, Bronze Tiger. Mia is learning how to run the company under Walter, and meets Roy Harper through an AA meeting. Oliver hires Diggle because of his combat experience, and reconnects with Tommy. Malcom is hiding things, and so is Dinah.

Description of Roy Harper:

Son of the infamous Star City Slayer, as well as a vertigo addict mother, Roy Harper grew up in the shady part of Star City known as the glades. There he became a drug dealer for Count Vertigo, until he was caught and spent some time in the juvenile detention center. When he was 18 he was released on terms that he would attend rehab and stop selling, which he agreed to since his mother overdosed to vertigo. There he met Mia Queen.
