Based on the 1986 animated film. After Olivia's father, Mr. Flaversham, gets kidnapped by Ratigan's minion, Fidget, she tries to get help from the famous detective in all of London, Basil of Baker Street. But Basil is also trying to figure out what Ratigan's plot is and then bring him to justice.
