Synopsis

Freshly set in Bruce Wayne's second year as the masked vigilante dubbed "The Bat" by the press, GCPD and people of Gotham City, Wayne must come to terms with the legacy of his late father, Thomas Wayne, whilst perusing a number of kidnappings and unexplained arson attacks occurring throughout Gotham City, orchestrated by Drury Walker and Garfield Lynns. However, taking down the duo will not be an easy task; as James Gordon and the entire GCPD stands in The Bat's crusade to justice and an unlikely puppeteer thwarts his path.

Stanley Merkel, former partner of James Gordon, now Detective for the GCPD. Stanley comes from a family with a law enforcement background and takes great pride in his work for the GCPD, often times even willing to turn a blind eye to corruption and abuse within the department.
