Synopsis

Freshly set in Bruce Wayne's second year as the masked vigilante dubbed "The Bat" by the press, GCPD and people of Gotham City, Wayne must come to terms with the legacy of his late father, Thomas Wayne, whilst perusing a number of kidnappings and unexplained arson attacks occurring throughout Gotham City, orchestrated by Drury Walker and Garfield Lynns. However, taking down the duo will not be an easy task; as James Gordon and the entire GCPD stands in The Bat's crusade to justice and an unlikely puppeteer thwarts his path.

Description of Gillian Loeb:

Gillian Loeb, the Commissioner of the GCPD, has a tense relationship with James Gordon, mostly because disobedience involving "The Bat" and Mr. Whisper. However, his gratefulness for James Gordon is also tenfold, being the best cop he's had on the team. His reputation and life was almost threatened by the mob under manipulation of Mr. Whisper, a dark hole Gordon helped him get out of.
