A Dutch-Gypsies Maid who has pretty killer moves and a sharp brain for many occasions (including assassination), was getting set up byTriads and its former workplace to be a sacrificial lamb to smoothen the attempt to conquer Newcrest and San Fransisco. Knowing she became the enemy no.2 after Ave, Kay decided to team up with him and solve the problem that the Triads made before the city was under the tyrannical gang. She's a typical OCD character with a good skillset of an assassin and a spaniel.
